Who Should Apply

The HFMG NIL program is designed for student-athletes who want to build their personal brand through media exposure, storytelling, and community Partnerships.


Athletes who apply should be:

     Active student-athletes at the high school or collegiate level

     Interested in developing their personal brand

     Comfortable participating in interviews, podcasts, or digitial media features

     Positive representatives of their school and community

     Interested in connecting with businesses through authentic partnerships


Athletes from all sports and all schools are encouraged to apply.


Athlete Selection Process

Student-athletes interested in the HFMG NIL Program submit an application through the FSEN Network.


Athletes are selected base on:

     •  Character and leadership within their school and community

     •  Storytellin potential and media presence

     •  Athletic participation and community involvement

     •  Alignement with the values of the FSEN Network


The program focuses on athletes who want to build their personal brand through storytelling, media exposure, and authentic community partnerships.


Selected athletes may be featured in digitial interviews, storytelling content, and community brand partnerships through the HFMG media ecosystem.
